Barbara McGregor

Barbara McGregor is the Managing Director of McGregor and Associates, specialising in strategy, communications, culture, engagement, industry participation and community benefits sharing. She has more than 20 years’ experience helping leaders and businesses navigate challenges, engage, inform and inspire, supporting successful project delivery, more sustainable outcomes, meaningful partnerships and greater community benefits. With global, national and statewide executive leadership experience across a range of industries in the private and government sectors, Barb has also provided key leadership to three Tasmanian Premiers, with a principal focus on state growth, energy and renewables.
